firstly, we are very very strict about fishing in our lakes. we insist on barbless hooks and sensible tackle. no shark fishermen are allowed here.

our fish are in excellent condition. this is because we care.

to fish on a day ticket at riversidelakes you must either be a camper staying on-site or be a registered fisherman previously having fished the lakes and filled out the registration form. registration costs absolutely nothing but does involve a photograph of you being taken. we are sorry if some fishermen feel that this is over-the-top security but we consider that the upset of a few is far outweighed by the benefits to the many.

riversidelakes is a general coarse fishery and not specifically a carp venue. we encourage gentle & relaxed fishing for a wide selection of fish.
